Bella Nashville brings traditional Neapolitan style pizza to Tennessee, combining thousands of years of passed down skills and techniques with local, regional and handmade ingredients. The pizzas are baked in a Terre Blanche white clay oven, the same material and style that has been used in French bread baking for centuries. The oven is fired between 800°-900°, cooking a pizza in less than two minutes.
The dough is made daily by hand using all natural leaven and no commercial yeast which produces a healthier more flavorful crust. The mozzarella is prepared daily in house. Our sodas are made in house from fresh squeezed juice and unrefined turbinado sugar.
Weekly specials are made from local and seasonal produce and meat, celebrating everything the region has to offer.
